Disgusting service
I am totally disgusted by the level of service this company provides, in fact I will be cancelling my services with them. I received a whatsapp threat at 12:29 advising they will suspend my account at 16:00 if no payment is made due to a missed debit order in December. I have been their client for over 3 years, have never missed a payment and the manner of approach is clearly from a 5 year old who has never worked with clients before. Why would you not alert me and allow me to make payment before threatening to suspend my account. Why would a legitimate business not even pick up a missed payment over such a long period. Granted I should also check my bank statement but I don't even receive statements to show if there is anything owed. I have no issue paying for services rendered, but do not send a child to handle adult people's business. I hope they loose all their clients with this service approach, there are much better companies to be associated with

Horrible customer service from the retensions team
I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past 2 months with no luck. I have called retentions a million times and tte service is a mess, no one has taken initiative to assist with resolving the issue. All that they do is nake promises which tgey dont keep. I keep getting emails threatening to blacklist me, for their inability to dobtheir job.
