I cancelled my ITTX account with effect from 01 July 2025 and provided written notice. Despite this, ITTX continued billing and deducting money from my bank account for months after cancellation. Six debit orders of R670 were taken ********ly. On 07 January 2026, ITTX admitted in writing that my cancellation was missed and agreed to refund R3,350 (670 x 5). I accepted this. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-ups and a final demand, contacted my bank, and lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission. I was told “management will contact you” and given repeated promises, but no refund and no proof of payment have been provided. ITTX has admitted fault, promised a refund, and still failed to pay. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability. I am still owed R3,350 and expect immediate payment. I strongly caution other consumers based on my experience.
Good day Purchased a half chicken uncut with chips (barbeque sauce) at Nandos R55 mall approximately at 21h00, of which i provided clear instructions for my half chicken not be cut. To my surprise I was provided a quarter leg and breast chicken. When i called the lady that served me (from the outside) the entire staff ignored me including a male that decided to serve customers that order from within and deliberately ignored me. I then parked my car and walked to the collection zone within the outlet. When i asked the lady that served me she answered whilst laughing at me and called the male that ignored me at the drive through. She even **** by stating that nandos chicken does not come uncut. The entire staff proceeded to laugh at me as though it was a joke. She asked me to sit down to which i refused as i had already waited in the drive though. I told her that i would report the outlet on public platforms. The uncut chicken was suddenly served to me. My slip was taken in attempt to prevent me from report the outlet. This not my first issue with the staff @R55 as they have done this atleast on 3 occassions. I do not take lightly to being made a fool of by the entire kitchen and till staff as I was extremely hungry. I do not believe that its fair that the staff at this outlet make fun of hungry customers. Such behavior is attrotious and completely undermines the nandos brand and its customers.
