This company doesn't care about its clients, You experience an issue with their fibre on a Friday, and being told that if you need a technician to come over the weekend, you should R500.00 call out fee, and I asked if this R500 can be taken out on the next premium, and I was told "HELL NO" ,and on Monday there is no communication from their side, then I enquire, then I am told the technician will come on Wednesday, like really, and I am expected to pay the whole amount at the end of the month, there wont be a deduction of the 3 days I spent without the service, since I incur extra costs. so my experience with the company is not good
