Stay away from Vodacom fiber, it takes more than 3 days just to activate, each time I call I am told different stories, the next thing activation department has close, and they don't have a line, they can't be called, they can only send emails and wait for the response of which the day goes by without a response and you just have to WAIT.....
My car broke far away from home, called Miway and they sorted me out in no time, they are the best!
This company doesn't care about its clients, You experience an issue with their fibre on a Friday, and being told that if you need a technician to come over the weekend, you should R500.00 call out fee, and I asked if this R500 can be taken out on the next premium, and I was told "HELL NO" ,and on Monday there is no communication from their side, then I enquire, then I am told the technician will come on Wednesday, like really, and I am expected to pay the whole amount at the end of the month, there wont be a deduction of the 3 days I spent without the service, since I incur extra costs. so my experience with the company is not good
Buying at Snatcher is very frustrating, they deliver very late, there is always shortage of items without any communication or explanation, other items are wrong and the exchange process is too long, and it takes forever for them to respond to the email requesting them to collect the wrong item. buy at snatcher online on your own risk
Good experience, I highly recommend shopping at snatcher to friends and family, delivery takes a bit of time, but products are worth the wait.
