I cancelled my ITTX account with effect from 01 July 2025 and provided written notice.
Despite this, ITTX continued billing and deducting money from my bank account for months after cancellation.
Six debit orders of R670 were taken ********ly.
On 07 January 2026, ITTX admitted in writing that my cancellation was missed and agreed to refund R3,350 (670 x 5). I accepted this.
Since then, I have sent multiple follow-ups and a final demand, contacted my bank, and lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission.
I was told “management will contact you” and given repeated promises, but no refund and no proof of payment have been provided.
ITTX has admitted fault, promised a refund, and still failed to pay.
This is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability.
I am still owed R3,350 and expect immediate payment.
I strongly caution other consumers based on my experience.
