The frustration of having them as a service provider. Even now, it’s been over 24 hours without connection and no response.
I tranferred money into my ABSA credit card and to my dread I am unable to use it because of message "Account Overline." Now I am stuck because I can't make any transactions. I am so frustrated.

I have been trying to resolve my account with MTN and have not been successful as their legal department or collections department are always out of reach and never answers the phone. I have paid both my accounts and but they are still causing a lot of problems for me as they appear at the credit bureau as unresolved. I have made means to make contact and I have not been successful to date; I was really expecting MTN to offer prompt service for the telecommunication company of its magnitude, but I am experiencing the opposite. I have sent multiple emails to the college and only receive automated responses. no one picks up the phones and no one responds. I have requested for the cancellation of the course due to financial challenges caused by Covid-19, but that has not been given attention, instead I am still receiving emails of examinations which currently I am unable to write.
Hi This has been the far worst service I have ever received from a courier company. I had respect for this company until I got in contact with some of its employees. I know what customer service is because I work for a company that thrives on customer service, Aramex employee have no respect for their customer, worst of all for their customers time. The driver called Michael was rude and condescending, the customer service kept me holding for a long time until my airtime ran out and didn’t even bother to call me back. I am still waiting for them to call, I have not received my parcel which they promised that it will be delivered before 12. Aramex has left me frustrated.
Legal cover I have logged two claims with them, I first sent them an email and they didnt respond. Now my wife is facing challenges of exploitation at work, I called and they promised to call me back, they didn't. Now my wife has to face her employers tomorrow with legal advise, no letter and no lawyer. Hallard legal has failed me, but they always deduct money but there is no service.
