Urgent Complaint – Expired Mielie Meal Purchased

Good day,

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding a recent purchase made at Shoprite Ndofaya Mall.

I bought a 5kg bag of mielie meal on Sunday, and by Wednesday, the product had already expired and was found to contain string-like elements and worms and visible contamination. This posed a significant health risk, and we had no choice but to dispose of the product to avoid potential illness.

This situation is extremely concerning, as selling expired and contaminated food is unacceptable and poses a serious health hazard to consumers.

I kindly request that this matter be urgently investigated, and I would appreciate feedback on how this issue will be resolved. As our money went down the drain
