Bought 9 pieces of chicken for supper and when we got home, we later realised that it's only two pieces inside the bucket. Went back to store and we advised that the footage shows 9 pieces being packed but they can't show us the proof. We paid full price but got less meat. This is totally unacceptable and were advised to call customer care. We spoke to Lindokuhle who was very unhelpful

I'm really not happy with the service. I gave Sanlam and my employer my correct cell number and it's still not updated. This is quite an inconvenience as I can't access the system and my profile since September. Pls call me Mr Sithole
Service is pathetic. SARS paid into my Account now funds no longer reflecting and no one advised me. Now I must stop working and start calling around. Please sort it out and find alternative to make sure I get those funds today
24 days later after submitting docs,still my refund not paid yet.

Taking hours to make payments. UK49 lunch time takes 5 hours to pay into credits . Spoke to Twanette was not sure and apologised for giving me wrong information. She told me I should wait for 7pm for my credits to be updated,jeeez
