Bought 9 pieces of chicken for supper and when we got home, we later realised that it's only two pieces inside the bucket. Went back to store and we advised that the footage shows 9 pieces being packed but they can't show us the proof. We paid full price but got less meat. This is totally unacceptable and were advised to call customer care. We spoke to Lindokuhle who was very unhelpful

I'm writing about my recent experience at meadow point KFC in Soweto . I was really looking forward to my meal, but unfortunately, the service was subpar I got bad service from a lady by the name Refiloe and ongezwa when I requested for my refund due to the poor service and none communication. I was waiting for mere 5 peace that took 30min though it was right in front of my eyes. I request my refund they advised its not possible as I used the machine and there’s no option to purchase at the till make it make sense. May KFC reimburse my money straight into my card that I used FNB savings 63122960049

The service was horrible the meat was raw, no catch up, no salt nothing, i wont even mention the packet of 5 chips, we understand that today was black Friday but if this brunch was in a suburban area the food was going to be perfect irregardless, kfc should hire more people for days like this and consider our health instead of selling raw meat, this is a reap off and someone should look into this!!!

So Yesterday Evening Around 5pm in not 6pm I bought myself a coke when still sitting there trying to have my drink there I was feeling as if there’s something in my drink I quickly checked then I find a 20cent inside my drink and bare in mind the drink was almost finished Iam not happy at all because imagine if I had not seen that and I swallow it what was gonna happen iam honestly not happy with the answer I got when I showed them that it must have came like that they didn’t see it who’s the health inspector when such things happened how will one still buy there if no one takes responsibility

On Wednesday evening around 20h45 I went to KFC meadowpoint and bought streetwise 3 chips. I was assisted by Tinyiko as a cashier. The very same person (Tinyiko) called up m collection n I asked for extra Salt and Tomato Sauce she then told me she's already put 2 salt and 2 ketchup of which she was supposed to put 1. I stood there all surprised at what she had said to me cos I never experienced such all my life since I've been a customer at KFC. The attitude in her face and her body language were very cold, she seemed unhappy to extremely irate. So are we limited to how many spices or salt we allowed to get, and if so please put it on your menu so we can be aware because trust me the service was bad and I'm not looking to buying KFC anytime and especially from Meadowpoint just to avoid dealing with people who do not value loyal customers.

The one star rating is a blessing. The service is appalling. I ordered food 2 and a half hours ago. I still haven't received it. There is no update and when you call, the phone goes straight to voicemail or is unanswered. They should just close down if they are not in the customer service business. Lowlifes!

I ordered food on Uber Eats on the 21 December 2024. I chose the option to meet at the door, but the food was never delivered and even on the app it shows so, I then went to KFC Meadowpoint and I spoke to the manager since the app indicated it was returned to KFC. The Manager just said there is nothing he could do and Uber Eats said there is nothing their can do as well.
