I’ve placed an order from KFC meadowpoint which is in partnership with uber eats and the driver of uber eats successfully delivered my food and I gave him cash an amount of R159 and order was R150.70 guy choose not to report that I gave him money it reflects as outstanding therefore I request kfc to settle that amount that reflects as outstanding cause they partnered with *****’s which they trust with our cash orders
So irate the shoe is too tight and I went to the nearest branch to exchange they are telling me that the shoes were worn and I only fitted the shoes I want my money back

I’m soo not impressed with the customer service provided by majority staff members of Checkers Southgate mall. I went shopping 05/02/2026 with my grandmother who is paralysed along with my grandfather who suffers from lymphedema. I politely asked the ladies assisting by the tills idk their position that can they assist we need to pay. The lady advised she’s closed we should try the other till. I went to the other till and asked Tintswalo the cashier may she kindly assist us she advised unfortunately I can’t there’s two of you one can catch the que. I advised it’s impossible as my grandfather suffers from lymphedema and I’m pushing my grandmother on a wheelchair.she refused I then asked for the manager (Mabatho/mathapelo) came her name starts with an M..she assisted however was rude aswell as the manager to say next time look for a control assist. How should I as a shopper go around while pushing my mom on a wheelchair and look for a control assistance make it make sense shouldn’t she assign her people at the correct designated positions/asile? I advised her that clearly you all need training for customer service cause I’ve never got such treatment in all the stores we’ve went too!
