Bad service rendered by Jabula Hair Salon Cape Town
I bought a wig which cost R650.00. Tanya a Congolese lady with a stinking attitude charged me R350.00 to cut and dye it. She cut the wig with a blade ... leaving huge holes in it .She did not dye it. They treated me with utter disrespected and abusive language. Please stay clear of these people they have no after sale service .They will take your money and leave you in the cold. Do not deal with them please.

Brazilian Weave - Bad Quality
Good day Recently I purchased a Brizilian weave at Jabula. I didn't mind paying as I was sure they were the best. Well to my surprise after just one wash, the hair was tangled.... so bad that I had to remove the weave. One wash and that was the result. Poor quality. I demand a refund as I cannot waste money like that.

Well to my surprise after just one wash, the hair was tangled.... so bad that I had to remove the weave. One wash and that was the result. Poor quality. Bad customer service
I have been a loyal customer to Jabula for years I do my hair and nails all the time at the place but i have recently installed a weave a week ago and i wasn't happy with the way it looks and it cost a lot of money i went to the salon in the promanade after work the Manager didn't even care was on her phone no remorse asked an assistance to see to me only to be told to come back the next day as the person who did the hair was off duty, she had no sense of remorse or empathy about my circumstances i wake up at 2am everyday i leave work at 14:30, I get to the salon around past 15:00 pm and only to be told we cant help you imagine that

Poor Quality of Costly Weaves
I bought a weave 4 years ago which the quality was stunning. There was no shedding and no tangling.<br> In December 2014 I bought another brizlian weave of R3000and it shedded and tangled thought I did some wrong so I went back and bought again for R5000 the same thing happened. I have been weaving my hair for years and I know the different qualities. At this price its a total rip off.<br>
