Good day Recently I purchased a Brizilian weave at Jabula. I didn't mind paying as I was sure they were the best. Well to my surprise after just one wash, the hair was tangled.... so bad that I had to remove the weave. One wash and that was the result. Poor quality. I demand a refund as I cannot waste money like that.
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe that these people rate them as the best as their service delivery is soooo poor. Incompitant staff, you cannot get hold of a manager or superior. They dont rectify the problem nor do they resolve the issuel, instead they close the call thinking it was resolved. They promise to get back to you, but nobody does. I find it hilarious that they rate themselves as the best. </p>
<p>I came to the store just before closing, well the security made it clear they are closed, I walked to my car with no hesitation and as I sat, I saw the other security called me, he literally came to my car and called me. I went into the store and to my surprised the other security came yelling and shouting saying I must get out. I ignored him as its clear his friend or colleague opened the door how else would I got in. The rude security grab all the things out of my hand grab my by my arm and chased me out like a criminal. As an accountant for a large corporate I felt embarrassed, disgusted, never felt so bad in my entire life. How dare he treat me like criminal? I spend thousands a month at Pick n Pay and this is how their staff or contract staff treat you??? I feel this is unacceptable behaviour. I have logged a complaint the very same day and to my surprise still no feedback from Pick n Pay. </p>
