So a Pep employee released my Paxi package to an incorrect person, I am not wondering how since we use IDs to release packages and also a PIN. I am so disappointed by this company's ethics and way of business, no integrity they actually support theft all I am saying is I want to be refunded and I want people to know that they should never trust you. I will be opening a police case

I am honestly annoyed by this company and the people that work for it, unprofessional ******* I want you ****** people to sort out the payout, and cash back issue that you seem to claim for my elderly mother you con artists to make your way to her workplace and ask confidential questions ID make her sign and ask for bank details and she never gets paybacks, my question is as a family we contribute close to R4000 EVERY MONTH FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS WITHOUT FAIL AND YOU STRUGGLE TO SEND EMAILS TO NOTIFY HER OF CASH PAYBACK AND YOU STILL PUT HER IN VULNERABLE SITUATIONS BY "ASSIGNING" STRANGERS THAT SAY THEY WORK FOR YOU THAT SEEM TO NEVER ASSIST HER I AM SURE YOU HAVE A SYNDICATE RUNNING WHERE YOUR STAFF ***** CLIENTS MONEY AND RESIGN PEOPLE UP ON SAVINGS I WANT AN INVESTIGATION I WILL SUE SANLAM!!!! I AM GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN I AM TIRED OF THESE GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED COMPANIES THAT DEPEND ON OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY BUT YET TREAT THE MINORITY GROUPS LIKE ******S WITH NO HONESTY INTEGRITY MOSTLY RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR SALARY SIES!!!! I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH A LAZOLA NSTHAWUZANA I WANT TO SPEAK WITH HIS MANAGERS, MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rondebosch Riverside Mall to be honest with you, I am so annoyed by the people working at the branch no sense of urgency or sympathy from the guys, Taariq will only engage me if I make a face. a non-pleasant one! this was one of the 1st incidences, Secondly, he didn't even ask how he could assist me, or what the issue was. he gladly attended to people after me, to make things worse I got paid on my FNB suspended account apparently systems were down conveniently when it was time for them to go home at 4 pm, my issue was not even investigated FNB just told me that I must go back to my HR department and ask when the funds were deposited even when I said this morning and the biggest joke was that an eta would be next week Thursday or Wednesday MY RENT IS DUE, MY KIDS NEED GROCERIES FIX IT PLEASE WE NO LONGER IN THE DARK AGES ITS 2023 U HAVE AMAZING TECHNOLOGY THAT I PAY FOR AS A CONSUMER!!!!!!!
The SPCA killed my cat and when I ask what happened I get no answers from the staff He told me it will take him forever to check what happened, if we knew we would have never dropped Kitty at the SPCA thinking he would get a better life that we could not give him

Its the fact that you deliver cold food and that you miss my orders all the ****** time you are very incompetent even the drivers don't care about customers they blame the foods stores do you need train these people to check orders before delivering them please deliver my food now and I want to be compensated because we do this stupid dance all the time
