Bad site, especially when you now want to withdraw
I have the account for a long time now. My account is verified and it never gave me problems depositing money. And now that I want to make a withdrawal for the first time, it is not coming through. I made the withdrawal around 3am and now it's 12pm and status is still pending.

Withdrawals using Cardless methods are usually processed instantly.
However, for withdrawal requests made to a bank account, you will need to upload either a Bank Confirmation Letter or a recent bank statement for the bank account you are requesting the withdrawal to.
Once the required documents have been uploaded and verified, your withdrawal will be processed accordingly.
