Bad site, especially when you now want to withdraw
I have the account for a long time now. My account is verified and it never gave me problems depositing money. And now that I want to make a withdrawal for the first time, it is not coming through. I made the withdrawal around 3am and now it's 12pm and status is still pending.

Jabulabets, is a very high risk of betting platform-gambling. After registration all relevant documents has been submitted for verification. My profile came back-verified. after 3 deposits i have won and was even contacted by a lady called Mugz congratulate me on my winnings. I have made 3x withdrawal's hence their maximum withdrawal in R49950.00 on the platform. on the 07/05/2026 i have withdrawn all winning as per there recommendation. There initial message to me was as first withdrawal client , it will take up to 1-8 hours. there after i was informed between 1 and 48hours. i have spoken to virtually every expert on there chat forum and my issue has always just been escalating to accounts department. No one reply via emails or doesn't answer there incoming phone calls. 3working days has passed and still all my withdrawals still show pending? either they dont have funds to pay there winners or they prolong not to pay-please be carefull

Poor online support
By far the worst online support I have ever experienced. Makes false promises of cash back and when you ask for a calculation and audit on your account they never even respond. I played a significant amount on Jabulabets per month, but it seems they don't mind loosing customers. I am a gold member, but they will never see me again.

Poor online support
By far the worst online support I have ever experienced. Makes false promises of cash back and when you ask for a calculation and audit on your account they never even respond. I played a significant amount on Jabulabets per month, but it seems they don't mind loosing customers. I am a gold member, but they will never see me again.

JABULABETS - short-changed and then ignored.
I sought assistance from Jabulabets official channels with limited to no positive resolution. I started on April 2nd and I feel that there are grounds to write a complaint 8 days later. You can't trust an online bookmaker that short changes you. Their promo codes never work and so the Live Chat personnel would tell you to make the deposit and they will manually credit you the bonus, except they can't get that right. Plenty of other online bookmakers who get this right the first time. If you try to seek assistance from their company's general/support email, expect no answer for days. If you try to seek assistance from their company's Live chat agents, expect the session to end with them informing you that they will follow up/escalate to management. No matter how many times you follow up with their Live chat agents, expect them all to respond the same way, "We have escalated to the relevant department." Expect this response for at least four days after your first follow-up. Jabulabets support email gives you the silent treatment while live chat support is a waste of time and energy. Since they don't respond by email and their live chat agents are content with being unhelpful, I resorted to posting my complaint on their Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels. 24 hours after doing this, ONLY the Facebook admin responded and said that they would follow-up. This triggered the bonus to be credited but guess what? They credited the bonus incorrectly! When you seek correction from live chat support, they will not admit that they need to brush up on simple their simple mathematics. I say this because if they or any other online bookmaker offer a deposit match bonus offer of 150% up to R1500 and you deposit R1000 then guess what... The correct bonus to credit is R1500. Instead they credit you R1000! I would then proceed to seek assistance for this fresh error by email, no response thus far. Live chat will try to convince you that they have credited correctly and provide ambiguous and irrelevant explanations. I have sought assistance from their social media channels and there has been no response at all thus far. I send this to alert anybody looking to participate in ANY of Jabulabets sports bonuses to think twice and try a different online bookmaker, if you want to avoid being short-changed and then ignored.

Unable to get my withdrawal
I made a withdrawal yesterday but it has not been processed, and when I look at the information it was supposed to be processed at 7am since well I made withdrawal yesterday. Kindly assist bcoz this is not fair at all, I cant be having money that I can cancel withdrawal to use it again,its tempting..while I want to withdraw it and its not the 1st time.. Everytime my money is not processed and I happen to use it again and loose my winnings...Jabulabets feels like a **** to me, they are not slow when coming to withdrawals.

Bad service never received my money
Not happy about this betting site at all I was using their site for months now. After that they decided to update their website and all of a sudden our info is all lost up. Now we must upload id documents all over again. When you want to withdraw it's a dreading process. Finally I was able to withdraw however I never received any sms for my cash send and I have been querying it no one is getting back to me. Bad service the consultants barely give you any tangible info till today I have not received my cashback and no one is at least even attempting to look into it. Or at least state we can try to resend you the message and pin so you can obtain your money. I am dissatisfied worst betting site ever.

Not happy about this betting site at all I was using their site for months now. After that they decided to update their website and all of a sudden our info is all lost up. Now we must upload id documents all over again. When you want to withdraw it's a dreading process.
