Jack Fridays SA, Moreleta Park

My fiance and I frequent Jack Fridays. We go there at least 2-3 times a week. We really enjoyed the vibe, food and service has always been great. We visited Jack Fridays, Moreleta Park, after work Monday (28 October 2019). The establishment was filthy. Trash was lying around everywhere. The tables and floor were not cleaned and soiled from spilled drinks. We called for the manager. The manager (Hannie) came over to our table and her introduction was that she is very tired (and she looked the part). We told her about our concerns and her response was shocking. She said that everybody is tired after the rugby game the previous Sunday (SA vs Whales) and she will instruct the staff to clean the establishment the following day. My concern is that we were sitting at a table, spending money at the establishment and no respect were shown for frequent customers. We asked for our bill and left. I doubt we will be returning. Bear in mind that the very popular restaurant Rock@88 is right next door, we will be spending our money there from now on.
