Good Day.
I have never felt so discriminated and degraded in my life.
I was recommended this company as I was very interested in a few items. I simply requested a time to go it to a store to purchase the items I am interested in.
The service stopped.
This store wants me to go via video calls and expect proof of identification before I can go into purchase pieces of jewellery.
This is degrading to a customer. If the company wants to see who I really am and so that I can purchase some jewellery the assistant could of given me a time for me to come into the store as I need to notify my driver to take me.
However no, they are discriminative, and they say it's a legal issue, is this how all clientele is treated? Such a highly rated jewellery store.
Out of the blue, the items I'm ready to purchase which I could have had in my possession and have them on the way home is all of a sudden sold.
This is embarrassing and degrading, how dare they treat a customer like this, I could of been in and paid for my interested pieces.
I am a professional business woman and for a company who says they pride themselves in customer service to treat a client like this is a embarrassment, do not understand how they can have staff that do not give a client service as well as a company itself to treat a customer like such.
I honestly do feel sorry for the next client to be treated as such.
