My recent encounter with Jack Rose Hotel was disappointingly the worst business interaction I've ever had. Right from the start, it was evident that customer service wasn't a priority for them.
Ian Coetzee, the manager I dealt with, was exceptionally rude and impatient. His confrontational and argumentative attitude left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected, which is unacceptable treatment for a first-time guest.
To add insult to injury, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with his behavior, he abruptly told me to "go elsewhere." This kind of unprofessionalism from Jack Rose Hotel is appalling.
What's even more concerning is that this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. A quick look at their reviews on HelloPeter reveals numerous complaints about their poor service. It's surprising that management hasn't taken any action to address this issue.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with Jack Rose Hotel. Their terrible customer service and lack of concern for client satisfaction make them a waste of time and money. And as for Ian Coetzee, perhaps some time off would do him and the company some good.
