Waitress seems lost without the manager's assistance :(

Last night we visited Jackson and Black in Belville and the service was appalling to say the least! Ashleigh who was supposed to be the waitress seemed to be all over the place and if it was not for the gentleman in front who assisted her we probably would never have gotten our order. Confused regarding how things operates at this restaurant as I have never seen a manager run after an individual like that. Hopefully she is new and that her abilities to do her job improves in time. Other than that the food was outstanding regardless of the girl who took our order and seemed lost most of the time unfortunately. Will return, but definitely a different waiter please.
