Absolutely poor service Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful No after sales service to clients Stock sold faulty, defective, missing pieces Stock ordered and paid for, not received. The most rude arrogant, disrespectful, impatient, bombastic ***** I've ever had the displeasure of working with. JADE HAYDEN AKA JADIE'S JEMS let's make u infamous 🤔😡💀🤌 No idea how to work with people or how to treat people decently. Jade Hayden shouldn't be dealing with people /humans at all. Bombastic towards experienced resellers like myself, I shudder at the thought of how anyone new, starting out and beginning to enter the online sales industry will be treated. Just a few issues besides terrible attitude and zero respect experienced after placing substantial order in Nov and Dec. 1. Custom client order totally forgotten. Ordered 4 Dec, never sent or delivered. Just shoved the payment back in clients face 24-48hrs before xmas for her family. No accountability, no apology, no remorse, no desire to go above and beyond to fix the situation, other than a rude refund, client didn't want refund, wanted was specially ordered well in advance for her family for Xmas. 2. Then waiting over 24hrs for a R20 refund for slime that wasn't included with color reveal doll as advertised, client told to just go get her own slime, when it was supplier error, that it wasn't received, and actual product was not as advertised at all (barbie fashion doll). When I stand up for my clients and for good client service, I am treated and spoken too worse than a street dog and removed from her WhatsApp groups without a word. I have been in the online sales industry for 5yrs,have alot of amazing decent suppliers, never have I ever had the displeasure of dealing with someone so rude, bombastic and B#itchy in my life. I placed orders over R2500 in value in just 3 weeks of joining her, only to receive such disgusting treatment. Jade Hayden did me a massive favor removing me from her WhatsApp groups, I was going to leave anyway, I won't tolerate her disdainful, rude unwarranted disrespect especially when Im also much older than her, basic respect for ur elders would be expected at the very least YOUNG lady. Especially when u stepping up to a GEN X woman. My clients get 5 star service from me, clearly this little girl doesn't know how to deliver top customer service or value client service at all. She doesn't care about her resellers or their clients at all, or her actions and attitude would show it. So I refuse to risk any of my clients by dealing with this woman in future or put my business reputation on the line when I have worked incredible hard over 5yrs to build up my business and earn the respect, trust, rapport that I have with my valued clients. I feel very sorry for any new agent that attempts to work with this female in the future, especially when there are suppliers who sell exactly what she sells but they know how to treat their resellers with respect and decency. Jade Hayden and Jadies Gems are not the only suppliers in this industry, so stop acting like u are. This woman is just loosing good resellers who will rather work with the other suppliers, who are far far more deserving of our clients business. In summary:- ur method of ordering is useless , ur feedback and communication is obsolete and utterly beyond pathetic and ur after sale assistance with any stock item issues is totally pathetic and non existent. Dealing with you in December, was like dealing with the Grinch, I think u must be related to him somehow. Stop Tolerating Bad Character Disguised as... "that's just how they are" It’s time to draw the line. Too many people have been guilt-tripped into accepting terrible behavior from women like Jade Hayden under the excuse of “mood swings.” Let me tell you this straight—bad character is not mood swings, it’s a lack of discipline and home training. No disciplined person allows their emotions to dictate their behavior towards others. This nonsense of tolerating rudeness, disrespect, and outright aggression in the name of “she’s having a bad day, that's just who she is, its her past set backs” it needs to end. We all have bad days. Everyone, men and women alike, goes through stress, frustration, and moments of emotional overwhelm. But the difference between someone with character and someone without is discipline. Discipline means keeping your emotions in check and ensuring that your frustrations don’t spill over into how you treat others. It means understanding that your feelings don’t justify disrespect or poor behavior. If you’re dealing with a woman like Jade Hayden who consistently lashes out at you, disrespects you, or acts like the world owes her grace because she’s in a “bad mood,” you’re dealing with someone who lacks self-control. And let me warn you—this is not a temporary issue. It’s a pattern, a reflection of deeper immaturity and entitlement. If Jade was disciplined, she would treat people with respect regardless of how she’s feeling. Business Relationships are about mutual respect, not a place to be used as ur emotional dumping grounds. Here’s the truth: bad character ruins partnerships and future business. If people like her have unresolved issues, she should deal with them, not take them out on me or anyone else. Remember this: a woman who lacks discipline will destroy your peace. Protect your peace at all costs. A woman with character and emotional maturity will understand that respect isn’t conditional—it’s the bare minimum.

The owner of this business is a ****mer and a *****. I told her I would be away from the 21st of December 2024 and I would not be available to collect the parcel from the pudo locker and she decided to only send it on the 21st after stating that if all orders were not received by the 21st she would refund to date I have received nothing after informing pudo to send the parcel back to her. I have received nothing but verbal abuse from her and still no refund. She is a disgrace of human and she should be put out of business because I am not the only person she has ****med

Do not join her agents team or order products from her. She takes your money and does not give you your order. I wish someone had warmes me about this. Wish there was an option for zero stars. DO NOT TRUST HER.

Please be careful when dealing with Jadies Jems. I became a reseller as her prices was good. She hardly ever replies. Defnitely doesnt have any customer service skills. Post in group that her baby is sick and people must not message her. Promises a certain day to send tracking number then she doesnt open your whatsapp for days. I politely asked must I send reminder daily. She went off saying I'm rude and childish and she can give my money back so that I can go buy from someone else. Dont waste your time with her, also she doesnt have any reviews on facebook which is fishy for a business with 36 000 likes. I have spoken to a few other ladies who have had very bad experiences too. STAY FAR AWAY.
