Roseline is professional, qualified hairstylist in Polokwane. I met her in 2022 and have become a regular client. I do my Brazilian hair treatments and she takes her time and does things properly. She is an expert in cutting. She knows how to cut various hairstyles. She uses professional styling products. She will always recommend good products and treatments for my hair. she is friendly and makes you feel at home. Thanks Roseline for taking care of my hair and providing such good service. Please be careful when dealing with Jadies Jems. I became a reseller as her prices was good. She hardly ever replies. Defnitely doesnt have any customer service skills. Post in group that her baby is sick and people must not message her. Promises a certain day to send tracking number then she doesnt open your whatsapp for days. I politely asked must I send reminder daily. She went off saying I'm rude and childish and she can give my money back so that I can go buy from someone else. Dont waste your time with her, also she doesnt have any reviews on facebook which is fishy for a business with 36 000 likes. I have spoken to a few other ladies who have had very bad experiences too. STAY FAR AWAY.
I emailed MTN Customer Care on 29 June requesting the procedure to change my address. I was told to verify a few details and then email my new address, which I did. I then received an email on the 3rd July saying my details have been changed. When I requested an updated statement with the new details I was tld it will be updated on my July statement. I received my July statement on 15th July and it still shows my old address. After numerous emails since 17 July requesting to send an urgent statement rflecting my new address. Finally on 27 July I received an email with the same July statement showing my old address from Kgaogelo Thosago. This is very frustrating and dont tell me to wait for my August statement!!!!! Either get trained people to know what to do!!! MTN you suck!!! Just change my address and send a an updated statement!!!!!
My sister had a funeral policy with Old Mutual. She passed away in 2020. When trying to claim it was said there is no beneficiery and we need a letter of authority. After a long process we finally got the letter of authority. When going back to Old Mutual it is now said I am the beneficiary. When i want to claim, it it being said no I am not. It is now an ongoing of Old Mutual not wanting to assist with the claim. There is also an education fund policy to claim where sister child is now 18 and it is also being said I need to claim then its being said he needs to claim himself. This is the worst pathetic service ever!!!!!
I requested info on listing my items on Zando Marketplace. The consultant Shaakira Maier is beyond incompetent. she kept changing the requirements and not answering my questions. No actual list of info on requirements to sell your items on there. so how true is the 100 products to have ready before being able to list online! beyond pathetic! Train your staff correctly in dealing with suppliers and customers!!! Never again!!!
I visited the Polokwane Branch at Thornhill Shopping Centre today. I asked the gentleman who came to tillpoint that I'm looking for Stock 4 box as oonly Stock 3 on the shelf. He checked and said unfortunately they dont have. I asked whether he can check at the back, to which he replied it must still be unpacked. I asked if I come first thing in morning will it be out, to which he replied, afraid not as it takes a week to unpack and stock hasnt been scanned into the system yet. HOW ON EARTH CAN STOCK NOT BE SCANNED INTO SYSTEM WHEN RECEIVED BY A STORE. I again asked him if he can go check at back and get me some, to which he replied with manager doing reports and that he doesnt know if there is stock. LAZY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. GET STAFF THAT WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR CUSTOMERS. TERIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WONT BE VISITING THE STORE ANYTIME SOON!!!

The staff at Polokwane Kiosk was very friendly to assist me with my parcels. I went to the branch on 19 August with my parcel. The lady by the name of Chrissie advised me that cut off was at 3pm and that my parcel will leave the following day. I appreciated that and ensured that I went to kiosk before 3pm with my next parcels. She also advised me where I can buy boxes, which helped me alot. Thanks Chrissie, there must be more people like you. #WIN
I used Final Prophecy before and received good service, however this time I received shocking service, after waiting 8 days for my invoice template and not being happpy with it. I was told it is my pc settings. I had to pay another graphic designer to create a new invoice template for me. NEVER AGAIN!!
I moved to Ram Couriers in Jun 2020. I had great service with pick ups and delivery until I moved to Vryheid (KZN). My parcels stopped being collected since Jan 2021. I phoned Harrismith depot which confirms it was assigned and driver will collect and it still wasnt collected for 2 days. Today I have another parcel for pick up, it was assigned for collection at 10am and still no pick up. I phoned the driver at 4h30pm who told me he doesnt do the area anymore and the other driver doing this area already left Vryheid!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! I regret moving to RAM couriers.
