I am from the Eastern Cape and bought this vehicle online thinking that I am buying from a Ford dealership and that there is no need to worry about them hiding stuff and not being honest. Well, it turned out that I was wrong! I asked them to send me pictures and videos and confirm if there is anything wrongful with the vehicle and especially if the vehicle was involved in an accident or if there is any paintwork on the vehicle. They told me no! The vehicle was also advertised as immaculate! When I took delivery of the vehicle I immediately noticed the paintwork. As it was 19:30 the evening and having bad rain, I drove the vehicle back to the Eastern Cape. The following day when cleaning the vehicle I noticed all the paintwork. Except for the doors and roof, the vehicle was a complete respray! The bonnet was also pulled straight from underneath, possibly repairing dents or damages. I phoned the sales guy and sales manager and they admitted that they had the vehicle painted and repaired by a local panelbeater in Worcester! They refused to have the vehicle properly repaired and said they will rather cancel the deal. I asked them to find me another vehicle from another Ford dealership and they said no, they are not getting me another vehicle! I lost all my expenses getting the vehicle to the Eastern Cape and one months insurance money. Very disappointed in this dealership!
