Food poisoning 2nd time , and source confirmed

Last week Friday my boyfriend and I had a brinjal roti in the afternoon from a different restaurant and in the evening, we shared a pizza called the Fat Rasta from Jamaica me Crazy in Woodstock Cape Town. The next day I took him to the airport, but u was so completely exhausted. Later on, I started throwing up a couple of times until I felt better. He told me he also threw up after having awful diarrhoea. Now a week later, I went to Jamaica me crazy again to have that same pizza. It is now the next morning, I can't go to work because I have diarrhoea and I feel nauseous the whole time. I am seeming a doctor at 11. The pizza that I had is veggie with cheese, but the cheese. I want to warn people not to eat there because clearly their food is contaminated with something and should probably get an inspection from a health and safety department. If anyone know where I can find the details for restaurant health inspection please let me know because this is truly awful and makes me sick in a metaphorical way as well
