I purchased a product from them on 28/4/2025. When I got home I noticed the packet of Dutch Toast Rounds already expired in Dec 2024 and had worms in it as I opened the package. I wrote them an email and included photos of everything and I requested a refund as I am unable to drive all the way back to them. I am awaiting a response. Hope someone will get back to me.

30 Apr 2025, 11:30So they emailed me back requesting me to call at the store for a refund or exchange, but I explained to them that I do not live close and do not visit the store frequently, seems like they are not willing to do an eft refund. To me it is not about the price of the item, but a matter of principle. It is end of April 2025, how is it possible to have stock that expired end of December 2024 on the shelf?
