I have placed numerous orders with Temu. With previous complaints, it was the courier company Fastway that resulted in a negative review. However, this time it seems Temu lost my parcel in Transit to S A. Parcel was reported to be loaded on in transit to SA on Thursday 22nd of October. I paid the tax import invoice, but now there is no trace of any parcel or delivery update. They say I will be refunded in 15 working days if parcel is missing, but taxes paid will be my loss. This all after I was under the impression that I placed my order directly through the “new” SA depot. Needless to say I am bitterly disappointed and will encourage people to rather pay the few extra rands and shop locally. Even if I get a partial refund, the money will only be back in my account by end of November. 15 working days to wait for credit to be issued, and then another 2 weeks for credit to clear to my account.
Time and time again, Fastway Pretoria Hub never fails to disappoint!!!! Such a pity Temu still use them.
Fastway Couriers Pretoria Branch, unable to contact them telephonically, What’s/App communication method useless, they should not be used by Temu as their bad service prevents people to order from Temu again.
I have place several orders with Temu the last few weeks. At first I had excellent service, but unfortunately the last two orders limited feedback and online chat same excuse every day ( limited flights ) I will definitely rather try Amazon or next time.
Upgraded almost a month ago. 2 Items had to be delivered to me. When Ram arrived a week later with just one item, we requested them to return parcel to Vodacom and I have been in contact with Vodacom since. They keep referring me back to Ram. Ram informed me the return between them and Vodacom Warehouse can take up to 3 months. I contacted Vodacom again for assistance, they are unable to obtain a POD from Ram, but are also not willing to offer any other solution. I called again today, was asked to hold on, 20 minutes later call went dead and I was not called back. I have been a Vodacom customer for 30 years and this is the type of service they provide. I am totally disappointed and perhaps it’s time for some legal advice.
I would give zero rating if that was possible. I received confirmation that my Vodacom order would be delivered today. I phoned them at 16H11 and was assured they are in my area and delivery will definitely still be today. Needless to say, no delivery arrived. I phoned again at 17H00, was promised a call back from the supervisor. No call was received. I was on the phone trying to get some assistance till 18H00, business closing hour. I am cancelling my Vodacom order in the morning, RAM will explain to them why order took more than 5 working days to arrive.
I purchased a product from them on 28/4/2025. When I got home I noticed the packet of Dutch Toast Rounds already expired in Dec 2024 and had worms in it as I opened the package. I wrote them an email and included photos of everything and I requested a refund as I am unable to drive all the way back to them. I am awaiting a response. Hope someone will get back to me.
I returned an item which I could not use in my specific vehicle, within 2 the item was collected and the refund was done 48 hours later. The full refund reflected in my account and that is outstanding service! Many South African service providers can take note of this and improve their service levels.
Five star service with my first order from Temu. Excellent parcel tracking system. Now waiting for 2nd delivery. Will definitely recommend Temu.
I phone the Irene Link Branch at 9:18 this morning, Tuesday the 1st of October 2024 to confirm if they had a certain item in stock. The lady requested me to call back in 10 minutes, she was in her gown still dressing? How totally unprofessional. She said her name was Mahime.
