1 star is generous for Jason Gregory Co. I purchased a ring in December 2025, delivered in January 2026, but it arrived far too large despite ordering according to their specifications and confirming via WhatsApp. Instead of resolving the issue, the company exchanged the ring three times, each time sending another oversized ring, while I had to cover courier costs between Johannesburg and Cape Town. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they only offered partial refunds of 30–40% and insisted I keep an unusable ring. I reluctantly agreed after failing multiple times, and the they they’ve process the refund that was on 5th of February and to date no refund has been paid. Their WhatsApp service has stopped responding, and their landline does not connect. After 2 months of exhausting communication and 3 weeks since they claimed a refund would be authorized, I feel misled, frustrated, and denied my hard-earned money.
