Unusable Ring, Endless Courier Costs, Zero Accountability, bad practices.
1 star is generous for Jason Gregory Co. I purchased a ring in December 2025, delivered in January 2026, but it arrived far too large despite ordering according to their specifications and confirming via WhatsApp. Instead of resolving the issue, the company exchanged the ring three times, each time sending another oversized ring, while I had to cover courier costs between Johannesburg and Cape Town. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they only offered partial refunds of 30–40% and insisted I keep an unusable ring. I reluctantly agreed after failing multiple times, and the they they’ve process the refund that was on 5th of February and to date no refund has been paid. Their WhatsApp service has stopped responding, and their landline does not connect. After 2 months of exhausting communication and 3 weeks since they claimed a refund would be authorized, I feel misled, frustrated, and denied my hard-earned money.

Long overdue query ********** Q and **********
Can the matter with this referrence ********** Q be sorted already. Had to reopen another followup case ********** because my account was still not updated correctly, after being promised someone will contact me no one actually bothered. And my only mistake clearly was settling the account early. This is long overdue now it's been 4 months of back and forth with little assistance. I'm always calling and there's no direct number to the department.

UNLAWFUL AND UNAUTHORISED CREDIT INQUIRY
I filled in a Hippo.com form to get insurance quote for a mere estimate then i decided not to even continue with the quest of changing my current insurance. I haven't received tele-calls or any emails to give my concern to anything as a matter of fact haven't even heard of TELESURE GROUP SE until the warning from Transunion about an enquiry they done on my report. This is unlawful and unethical, Credit bureau report checks affects one's credit bureau status negatively. I DEMAND the enquiry removed from my report because i don't wanna go through a lengthy process of disputing from an unlawful action I never gave concern to.
