<p>In February of this year my girlfriend bought me a Jawbone UP2 with thin strap.</p> <p>In June the strap broke and i sent the Jawbone customer support an e-mail asking where i can take the device to have it repaired or replaced.They replied back and said take it to the store i bought it from and they will sort it out.</p> <p>I lost my purchase slip and clearly did not steal the device as it is registered with Jawbone on the app.</p> <p>I mean really Jawbone i could have got that answer from anyone,what i wanted was to know where i can get it fixed.</p> <p>I like my device and don't want to wait for the retailer to ship it to you to check it out and then 2 months later i get a replacement.</p> <p>You people need to follow Fitbit with customer service because your devices are better than Fitbit but after this i'm going to Fitbit.</p> <p>Customer service counts!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
