<p>In February of this year my girlfriend bought me a Jawbone UP2 with thin strap.</p> <p>In June the strap broke and i sent the Jawbone customer support an e-mail asking where i can take the device to have it repaired or replaced.They replied back and said take it to the store i bought it from and they will sort it out.</p> <p>I lost my purchase slip and clearly did not steal the device as it is registered with Jawbone on the app.</p> <p>I mean really Jawbone i could have got that answer from anyone,what i wanted was to know where i can get it fixed.</p> <p>I like my device and don't want to wait for the retailer to ship it to you to check it out and then 2 months later i get a replacement.</p> <p>You people need to follow Fitbit with customer service because your devices are better than Fitbit but after this i'm going to Fitbit.</p> <p>Customer service counts!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>I had an annual membership with planet fitness 2 years ago and a year in decided to change over to the vitality contract.Cancellation of the 2 year contract was done or so i was told and my new vitality benefit started wit the gym in may last year.On the first month of my new benefit planet fitness still debited me for my old 2 year contract,i called them and they apologised and then took 2 weeks to refund me,and as usual with planet fitness no feedback is provided as the customer must do all the calling.During this time i also successfuly cancelled my black tag membership in July of 2015.Then in December 2015 plant fitness started deducting the membership fee and continued so do so for 6 months until the end of May 2016.I called in the planet fitness call centre and logged the issue with Belinda the call centre agent and she gave me a reference number and sent me and e-mail to say my query has been closed.I am due a refund for th e6 months they took my money for a membership that was cancelled.I then proceded to call in everyday and on most days i was told that they dop not know what the refund amount will be or when the refund will be done.In some cases they told me an agent named Patricia will call me back and she never did.Today i spoke to a lady named Zanele and she told me the refund is sitting with a manager,this has been a week now and no one at planet knows what's going on.</p> <p>This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced,i will soon take this up with the club i am with and cancel my membership as i feel taken advantage of now 2 times by Planet fitness,and the staff apologise and move on like they don't care.The managers are worse as they just tell you to call the call centre and follow the prompts on the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really guys please just refund me my **** money and let me be done with you.</p>
I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR THE BACK BUMPER AND REAR RIGHT FENDER TO BE RESPRAYED AND HAVE THE REAR RIGHT MAG REFURBISHED.<br> <br> THE WORK WAS CARRIED OUT BETWEEN 30/11/2015 AND WAS FINISHED 08/12/2015.I HAVE TO SAY LAURA THE CLAIMS HANDLER AT THE PANEL BEATER AND WARRICK THAT DID THE QUOTE DID AN AWESOME JOB.THE 2 LADIES THAT ANSWER THE PHONE ARE VERY HELPFULL AND DO A GREAT JOB OF HELPING THE CUSTOMERS.<br> <br> BUT EVEN THOUGH THE REPAIR WAS DONE QUICKLY THE BACK BUMPER STILL HAS A MARK ON IT THAT SHOULD NOT BE THERE SEEING THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPAIR AND RESPRAY THE WHOLE BUMPER.THE CENTRE CAP FROM THE MAG THEY REFURBISHED FELL OFF AND GOT LOST A FEW DAYS LATER.MY LEATHER GEAR LEVER KNOB CAME BACK WITH A HOLE IN IT WHEN I PICKED THE VEHICLE UP.<br> <br> I ARRANGED WITH VANDY TO BRING IN THE VEHICLE TO FIX ALL THESE ISSUES ON THE 15/01/2016,WHEN I CALLED HIM THE DAY BEFORE THE 15TH HE SAID BRING THE CAR IN ON THE 18TH.WHEN I GET TO THE PANEL BEATER ON THE 18TH HE IS NOT THERE AND IS OFF SICK MOST OF THE WEEK,NO ONE ELSE AT THE PANEL BEATER WAS TOLD ABOUT THE REPAIRS THAT NEED TO STILL BE FIXED AND SAID I WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL HE GETS BACK.<br> <br> TODAY I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HIM.<br> SHOCKING
