Terrible service received from Jazzle Pools

This is the most unprofessional service provider I have worked with, do not be fooled!!! Sub standard work done, you have to nag him to come fix, i am very dissatisfied with the service received.

He agreed to take on the project knowing the site was a challenge, he installed the fiberglass and now it has bumps everywhere, at the bottom and the sides. Who knows how long this thing will last.

I just asked him to come seal the pool, SEAL...which is probably an hour to do. I have accepted the other defects because I know he was given a chance to fix countless times but did not . My request has been ignored. This is a service provider who has little regard for customer satisfaction.

Johan Bothma does very little to make you feel like you are important and your project is a priority, if anything the job done will probably cost me more to fix in future.
