Vodacom is absolutely useless!!!! Cancelling the service has been a nightmare! It’s like getting out of a bad marriage! The consultants have zero accountability, the divisions operate in silos, bad service from their consultants (Aliya and Vinesh at Cancellations & Retention division), I am in awe at how awful a company as big as Vodacom can be so out of touch. I am just looking to be treated with professionalism and have my issue sorted out. It shouldn’t be my problem that the divisions can’t collaborate or systems don’t speak to each other, I am a client who sees the company as one and I should have a seamless experience not be put from pillar to post with zero assistance still. Vinesh went as far as hanging up on me when I started questioning the inefficiencies!!!
We need underwriting, it has been a week since we sent a request through to them with no response. This is terrible service, imagine at claim stage!
I want to cancel my subscription and have my money refunded. How do I pay for an annual subscription via card and get blocked because I have outstanding invoices? I have sent numerous emails with no one assisting. please don't bother using them for payroll, all our other companies will be migrating too, Their service leaves very little to be desired.
I have been a King Price client for many years, never missed my payments and never claimed for my car. Now that I have to claim for accident damage I am being ignored, my claim has been in progress for so long, zero updates, my car is sitting somewhere not moving, not being attended to but I am still expected to pay my premiums and the bank. They were so happy to give me prompt service when I added another vehicle onto my policy last week but not attending to my current claim. I am in the dark, I am not being kept in the loop! I moved my entire family to kingprice, great onboarding but really bad service come claim time. This is a stressful and traumatic period of my life, I would expect my insurance to come to the party and help me sort things out!
I must start by saying I love Booking.com, they have never disappointed me and I have used them countless times. However this time around I am so frustrated, so disappointed in how they have handled my query, I have tried the customer service centre and that has brought no joy. I made a booking and they took the money but gave me no confirmation. The booking wasn’t successful but the money left my account. Can I have my money refunded please.
What is the point of booking an appointment when you will go and have to sit and wait??? I had a 16h00 appointment, I went in earlier at 15h00 to find out if they had an opening so I could do the treatment earlier. They were fully booked which I understood so i continued with my shopping. I went back at 15:55 and waited till 16:30 for someone to be available to do my treatment. I am very annoyed, why take appointments that you cannot service??
This is the most unprofessional service provider I have worked with, do not be fooled!!! Sub standard work done, you have to nag him to come fix, i am very dissatisfied with the service received. He agreed to take on the project knowing the site was a challenge, he installed the fiberglass and now it has bumps everywhere, at the bottom and the sides. Who knows how long this thing will last. I just asked him to come seal the pool, SEAL...which is probably an hour to do. I have accepted the other defects because I know he was given a chance to fix countless times but did not . My request has been ignored. This is a service provider who has little regard for customer satisfaction. Johan Bothma does very little to make you feel like you are important and your project is a priority, if anything the job done will probably cost me more to fix in future.

<p>Worst client experience ever!</p> <p> I sent a contract cancellation form and copy of my ID on the 29th of June 2016, by the 11th of July i had not received any feedback from Telkom , i followed up on this day via the cancellation email and still no response. I called the customer call centre for feedback on the 26th of July at 06h43 and i spoke to Zama who promised to escalate the matter. On this day i received a response to my cancellations mail, this was a poorly written mail that made no sense to me as a customer as it was not writtten in a way that provided clarity on where i stand as a consumer.</p> <p> </p> <p>"Good day Sir/Madam,</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope this mail finds you well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please accept our sincere apologies on any inconvenience caused and the delayed response to your email.</p> <p>Also note that we acknowledged your request and that the number</p> <p>081******X</p> <p>has been post date ceased and will be effective number has been post date ceased till the last day of the month as there are active usages on the account and for further assistance</p> <p>you can call our Customer Care Line on 081180 to follow up anytime.</p> <p>Hope you find this in order and thanking you in advance…</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Mobile_Cons_Retentions</p> <p>Tel:081 180"</p> <p> </p> <p>on this day (26th July 2016) i called the call centre again, trying to get clarity on when my contract will be cancelled since the email was nonsense really. I had the pleasure of speaking to Thobeka makhubela to whom i read this email to, she then confidently reassured me that on the 31st of July 2016 the contract will be cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 01st of August 2016, Telkom has NOT cancelled my contract, they have reloaded my phone with data and talk time. i do not know where one is misunderstood if you send a request for cancellation form and the term of contract has expired.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot afford this service, and it surely isnt worth what i am paying on a monthly basis. we can not be running to the consumer ombudsman for petty issues like Telkom cannot take instructions from clients. Telkom STOP INDEBTING ME!!!! i want to cancel this contract, i do not want your Data bundles, i cannot afford to pay for them!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please allow us the freedom of choice, stop forcing your services on us. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called the call centre again today (01/08/2016) and i spoke to Zama, her advise was "dont use the data bundles, you will not get charged for them" </p> <p>like what is so confusing about cancelling a contract and not loading any bundles. i want to close my account! i'm sure that is way simple and hassle free than opening accounts!</p>
