I contacted JB Stamp to request a callout to check, quote and if nescesary replace a Borehole pump. I made the consultant aware that I did not know anything about this type of installation, and that all parts would need to be checked.<br> After inspecting the unit, I was informed the pump and switch would need to be replaced. I requested a quote, made prompt payment and the replacement was done. <br> On the 12th November the unit was installed. Upon arriving at home I tested the unit. and found that there was not enough water pressure. I proceeded to phone the company the following day and inform them. The manager, JC told me I would need to discuss this with Jade the technician. JAco then informed me that he thought the pipe would need to be replaced. I asked the cost, and he said this would be done free of charge on 17-11. Nothing happened. When I phoned Jaco on the 17th I was informed that this could not be done on instruction of JC. I spoke to JC, and he was incredibly rude. I said at various times that I understood that extra expenses could come up, but I was unhappy with the level of service and that no one would phone back or inform me. HIs attitude is that they did nothing wrong
