<div>I organised and paid for a borehole to be supplied by JB Stamp. They dug to 60 metres (probably not far enought - and did not want to dig further). There was very, very little water, not enough to equip a borehole at 200 l per hour (if that). Nonetheless, ++++ convinced me to equip it ( I know it would be unlikely to be effective,)however, he convinced me..saying you just have to 'top it up with a bit of municipal water". So frustrating...I have since then been sitting with major municipal water bills! This guy should not have equipped a borehole with little or no yield!</div>

Daylight *******.... I paid JB Stamp in full for the installation of a water reticulation system. I am now sitting with water that is not purified, plus a borehole that he equipped with no water!! Be very careful of this company... no ethics.

Contacted JB stamp regarding a leaking connection on a high pressure tank THEY installed 1 year and 2 months prior, I was very clear in that I was under the impression it was a warranty replacement and supplied date and invoice number. They said they would send out a technician, no quotes received and no further communication. The technician came out later that afternoon and replaced the connection pipe. One week later JB stamp called me and asked where they can send the invoice for the pipe and call out, a invoice that I had no idea of how it was and for which I was never even quoted! I told them that they should then come out and install the old pipe again as I did not agree with their business ethics. They came out and where very rude towards my wife which had no knowledge of the situation, telling her that he hears that we " Don't want to pay " I will never use this company again and would never recommend to anyone.

Even though the slip states that they won't accept any returns on goods correctly supplied, they did exchange a clamp for which I gave the incorrect measurements. No questions asked, they simply swapped the clamp for the correct one! Thank you!

Worst customer service ever received and extremely rude. Needed them to replace an electric wire and their technician, Jaco, wanted to run the cable ABOVE GROUND on a road used by vehicles ! When we refused and insisted it must be buried underground they wanted to charge us R2160 just for the labour to dig a furrow of say 3,5 m just deep enough to lay a pipe in! When I said we would dig our own furrow they became extremely rude and just did not pitch. Even the owner, JC, was not very helpful. I really think it's a case of a company that has the attitude of "We don't need business we have already made our money". Pathetic! Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

I contacted JB Stamp to request a callout to check, quote and if nescesary replace a Borehole pump. I made the consultant aware that I did not know anything about this type of installation, and that all parts would need to be checked.<br> After inspecting the unit, I was informed the pump and switch would need to be replaced. I requested a quote, made prompt payment and the replacement was done. <br> On the 12th November the unit was installed. Upon arriving at home I tested the unit. and found that there was not enough water pressure. I proceeded to phone the company the following day and inform them. The manager, JC told me I would need to discuss this with Jade the technician. JAco then informed me that he thought the pipe would need to be replaced. I asked the cost, and he said this would be done free of charge on 17-11. Nothing happened. When I phoned Jaco on the 17th I was informed that this could not be done on instruction of JC. I spoke to JC, and he was incredibly rude. I said at various times that I understood that extra expenses could come up, but I was unhappy with the level of service and that no one would phone back or inform me. HIs attitude is that they did nothing wrong
