JD FUNERAL PALOUR TERRIBLE SERVICES.
I would like to warn anyone that has a cover with JD Funerals if you have a cover with them get up, go and check your affairs with them. They also lack customer confidentiality; we visited their offices when they had another family to claim their late loved one, they gave them a run around and we also knew what was happening as we come for our own affairs. the owner kept running and not taking the calls from their receptionist. I really regret having a cover with JD funerals it’s a ****ty service that they provide, I don’t know how many times we have been to the offices and now Boitumelo is even ignoring my emails and calls, We have asked and enquired about our policy payments and even when we upgraded they generated a new policy no without telling us, now the under writer is informing us that our policy lapsed when we asked JD a million times of this situation. They are duck and diving now ignoring emails and dropping calls. How many times did we have to ask for a pop for September???? Please check your accounts before its too late. The service in this place is Terrible.

Disgusting, horrible service from JD funeral ( Soweto)
Horrible experience with JD funeral. We found our mum's face with a jap so deep on the face and we're told that she fell from their bed. Horrible service, thy did not have the decency to inform us we found out on the day we went to prepare her. Tsholo is so arrogant instead of remedy the situation she calls me to say she is attending a wedding can she slept at my house. We want answers and she must account. What did thy do my mum's face. We spent so much money on them to get such horrific service and sad send off of a woman who loved her skin and because of their carelessness,she now has a deep scar . She blueticks me all of a sudden. We told her to reimburse us for this horrible service,she since blueticks.. Horrible, disgusting setvice

Hellopeter, Can you please assist? My mother has passed away and she was paying the funeral pallor JD Funeral for many years. They are based at 24/14 Mmakua street Molapo , Soweto. Their FSP number is 28516 We did not agree with the service that were offered to bury my mother. The owner by the name of Tsholo Tsotetsi has given the break down from the backage. Removal fee – 2,500 General levy -2,500 3 Days storage of 750 =2,250 Mortuary Protocols – 600 Transport to Charlotte Maxeke 25km x2 – 375 Driver – 500+ Driver assistant – 300 Total cost = 8,525.00 My mother’s package was 17,000 and she is saying 13.000. She deposited 4.475 without our concerned. Whereby she over charged the family by taking advance that the decease she is no more. I feel that this is the daily ******* to their client because of the loss of our mother. Your help will be highly appreciated.

The laid my Wife to Rest at West Park Cemetery and their Service was Splendid and Satisfactory.. From The first day that I went to their Offices in Soweto,for Coffin Selection to Friday on the day they brought my Wife home..Their Service was Immaculately Professionally Rendered...Thank you very Much🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
