JD FUNERAL PALOUR TERRIBLE SERVICES.

I would like to warn anyone that has a cover with JD Funerals if you have a cover with them get up, go and check your affairs with them. They also lack customer confidentiality; we visited their offices when they had another family to claim their late loved one, they gave them a run around and we also knew what was happening as we come for our own affairs. the owner kept running and not taking the calls from their receptionist.

I really regret having a cover with JD funerals it’s a ****ty service that they provide, I don’t know how many times we have been to the offices and now Boitumelo is even ignoring my emails and calls, We have asked and enquired about our policy payments and even when we upgraded they generated a new policy no without telling us, now the under writer is informing us that our policy lapsed when we asked JD a million times of this situation.

They are duck and diving now ignoring emails and dropping calls. How many times did we have to ask for a pop for September????
