I visited the Sopema funaral services offices on the 4th of October for a new a policy, I must say from the minute We walked in the service was awesome, to the consultant that assisted us Lerato Modise she was so efficient, patient, friendly and willing to assist. I'm certain that I made the right choice by joining in and have no doubts that I'm in good hands.
I would like to warn anyone that has a cover with JD Funerals if you have a cover with them get up, go and check your affairs with them. They also lack customer confidentiality; we visited their offices when they had another family to claim their late loved one, they gave them a run around and we also knew what was happening as we come for our own affairs. the owner kept running and not taking the calls from their receptionist. I really regret having a cover with JD funerals it’s a ****ty service that they provide, I don’t know how many times we have been to the offices and now Boitumelo is even ignoring my emails and calls, We have asked and enquired about our policy payments and even when we upgraded they generated a new policy no without telling us, now the under writer is informing us that our policy lapsed when we asked JD a million times of this situation. They are duck and diving now ignoring emails and dropping calls. How many times did we have to ask for a pop for September???? Please check your accounts before its too late. The service in this place is Terrible.
Good day We have a placed a claim on Tues the 26th it's the 28th and the provider has advised us today that the Beneficiary ID was captured incorrectly even after we have informed them that we don't know the other person's ID. We are laying our loved one this Saturday. I'm happy with the correspondence we are getting from Jessica and her trying to assist us. however, the negligence from day one when the policy was being captured is a measure concern.
The most useless delivery company I've ever come across. I ordered and paid on the 26th requested for a delivery for the 27th which I paid for. Delivery gets to my premises @ 21:00 pm short of 1 package. Driver went back and next day no update kept calling the call centre of they apperantly don't have the drivers details. Ended up canceling the stupid order as I cannot wait 2 days for urgent delivery that I paid for. Most incompetent bunch of losers. Definitely never going to order from them anymore..
UIF Claims the most useless bunch of useless employees a lot of people are looking for jobs out even worse the call center staff and its useless teamleaders who have no idea of what they wake up for n what to do in the office. I applied for maternity benefit of which I have not been paid that was in December now we are in March n still nothing. Its escalations after escalations n nothing is happening. No follow up smses nothing no communication whatsoever one useless call center team leader o have been leasing with is Mzwandilemthimkhulu@gmail.com he is the most pathetic leader including his department or call center I will escalating this complaint to the minister thats if he is useful. How I wish they never take money from our salaries.
