To summarize my complain clearly: I bought couches cash from Bradlows (JD Group) on 4 July 2024. The couches were faulty within a month and went for repairs. They broke again within 10 months, and have now been gone for over a month and two weeks with no resolution. I made numerous calls to JD Group Head Office and the store (Bradlows Vereeniging) — especially to Belinda (Complaints Dept.) and store manager Buti — with no clear feedback or resolution. I was sold floor/display stock without full consent or disclosure, which you believe violates consumer protection laws. I'm spending your own airtime, petrol, and time chasing a resolution. I also seen that many other customers have similar complaints online about poor service from Bradlows and JD Group.
