To summarize my complain clearly: I bought couches cash from Bradlows (JD Group) on 4 July 2024. The couches were faulty within a month and went for repairs. They broke again within 10 months, and have now been gone for over a month and two weeks with no resolution. I made numerous calls to JD Group Head Office and the store (Bradlows Vereeniging) — especially to Belinda (Complaints Dept.) and store manager Buti — with no clear feedback or resolution. I was sold floor/display stock without full consent or disclosure, which you believe violates consumer protection laws. I'm spending your own airtime, petrol, and time chasing a resolution. I also seen that many other customers have similar complaints online about poor service from Bradlows and JD Group.

January i took a price lock. Which is for 24 months. And i was told to pay the extra amount that was due from the old price plan i had. So today i call Dstv to ask why am i billed with the amount of R674. Whereby im on a price lock package. Im told i must pay some subscriptions that i don't know of. The only fee i know i must pay is the reconnection fee which amounts to R50. According to me and the agreement was agreed on is that i must pay R 408 plus the reconnection if i didnt pay on time. So this added amount they need to remove them because now i feel like they are ****ming us with this fees that are added without us knowing. And why would they want to added all those feelings on the 4th month. Why didn't they add those fees 3 months back. I don't if Dstv agents are trained to trick people and sell the them lies. I called and asked for a team to assist me. Because the agent couldn't help me. Agent said the team leader will call me his busy . Till now its 9pm i haven't receive any call. Today my kids didn't watch their programs because of management that didnt do their job or the agent **** to me.
