I placed an order (256232642) of which the items did not fit, and received this on 27 June. I logged a return on 28 June and requested for the items to be collected from me on 5 July. No one called me to pick up the items. I sent multiple emails and also called the service centre on 5 July, with the promise that promise that the matter would be escalated and that someone would call back and that also did not happen.
The website indicates that the Jeep Apparel service centre can be called on Saturdays from 8-1, yet I have been holding for more than an hour, no one picks up.
I still have an order that does not fit and I please want to return this. I do not understand why someone cannot just respond so that the order can be returned??
