I called again to follow up on my refund as on the 4th Jan he said it will be done in two days today it has changed the very same way he lied to me saying his manager packed the plugs and last minute he changed the story saying actually their service kit does not include plugs. I just cant deal with their attitude. Now he telling me 2 days does not confirm any promises maybe I don't understand English, can he please help me I want my money back. He is so rude. I just cant deal with Jeep montana its a no go zone. Stephan I want my money please.
