Appaling service.

My experience with Jena&sons has been the most horrible I’ve ever come across,they take large deposits and never deliver.We entered into a turnkey building agreement in Dec 2024,based on “specials” they run on their social media accounts which require you to pay upfront payment of 10%,we started with 5% and started receiving unending calls from them asking when the other 5% will be paid, they then made a promise of covering our engineering services since “Tots” probably their manager was on their case regarding the 5%.

Time came for soil tests and engineering services to be done on the land and they refused to cover as promised, we acquired our own since we were not yet acclimatised to their deceptive strategies of getting upfront payment from clients.After some time another 15% was requested before they initiated the project, that was apparently to start with the site establishment and building project, he also made other promises that were not on there on the contract, to cover for our NHBRC, the process took close to 3months and he later said we must cover it,and **** that it was R50k meanwhile it was R26k.We then decided to terminate our contract with them after they refused to honour their promises with fear that we will have serious challenges during the building project and requested our refund, to date, all we get from them is derogatory comments, the matter has been reported to NHBRC.
