Appaling service
Our experience with Jena&Sons was a horrible one and would like to urge people in search of contractors, especially on instagram and facebook to beware of this company, they require large amounts of deposit with false promises and never deliver or do a substandard job , and they are always robust in covering or defending their ********* conduct in that u will be convinced that the complainants are out to tarnish their names.I am yet to share more details about what they have put us through as our case is still underway,progress to be shared in due course.
Do not be fooled by the 5 star ratings as they fabricate them.

20 Feb 2026, 14:48JENA & SONS Doesn’t promote any fraudulent acts.Contract was breached when client failed to pay NHBRC registration for their home certificate.They terminated the contract because we told them to pay in response to that because they didnt want to pay they threatened to terminate and the terms were 15% demobilisation fees yet 18% was only paid..Allegedly client fodged one of our contracts & changed figures to get a loan from the bank which on it’s own is an act of FRAUD.Case is still under investigation and arbitration awaiting for reward.

JENA & SONS Doesn’t promote any fraudulent acts.Contract was breached when client failed to pay NHBRC registration for their home certificate.They terminated the contract because we told them to pay in response to that because they didnt want to pay they threatened to terminate and the terms were 15% demobilisation fees yet 18% was only paid..Allegedly client fodged one of our contracts & changed figures to get a loan from the bank which on it’s own is an act of FRAUD.Case is still under investigation and arbitration awaiting for reward.

20 Feb 2026, 15:09The NHBRC that you **** to us about and said it is 50k meanwhile it was 26k?the one u said u r bypassing the system and have someone inside to assist *****ulently that is on your payroll?ofcourse we refused to pay.
You had initially made promises also on provision of engineering services when you required the settlement of the 10% deposit,but we eventually had to acquire such services and pay from our pockets,we had noticed your deceptive tricks to exploit people hence we decided to terminate the contract because you are *************.
We have all conversations on record and as I mentioned,I will post them for people to know how deceptive you are.

there’s no way NHBRC system can be bypassed because everything goes in a normal way that’s why we requested all the documents including letter of appointment that you signed
300 pages safety file that took 3 weeks to be prepared
how can one who bypass the system go all that hustle
all the plans required that we drove at our costs to fetch them In Harties
There are a lot of companies that help people to open companies at a cost yet CIPC charges its own fee
we communicated clearly that if we assist you we charge the NHBRC fees plus our service fee for the errands to do that
we drove all the way to HARTES to fetch your documentation at our costs
Printed plans at our costs
These were not part of the contract
& we showed the proof that R26500 was paid by us and NHBRC confirmed your certificate was ready which you drove and cancelled to prove a point
on top of that we did A file worth over R12000 that we still have in our hands which was not charged
it’s legal to do that.Theres nothing wrong to charge service fee
even third parties do that
uber eats etc they charge commission on top of Cost of a product from a shop
nothing wrong with that
