I app**** for an internet installation with Jenny Internet on 3 March 2026 after moving to a new area. As a remote worker, I rely heavily on a stable internet connection to do my job, so this service is extremely important. Customers are informed that installations normally take 24 to 48 hours, yet it has now been a full week and there has still been no installation.
According to the agent, they attempted to contact me on 6 March 2026, which is already more than 48 hours after my application was submitted. However, there is no missed call on my phone to support this claim. I then received a message stating that the installation would take place on 9 March 2026, but today is 10 March 2026 and no technician arrived and no one contacted me to explain the delay.
The level of poor communication, lack of urgency, and unprofessional service from Jenny Internet is extremely disappointing. Customers should not be left waiting indefinitely, especially when they rely on internet access for work.
This entire experience has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. At this point, the service from Jenny Internet can only be described as atrocious.
