my phone has went for warranty and its has been 3 weeks now without any feedback. the phone is still brand new. its was just 2 week since i reported to jet eersteriver and was told to come back. apparently it was reported to the regional manager by the the store manager who took my contact nr. up until today nothing.

16 Mar 2026, 12:23tomorrow is four weeks without my phone. the issue is at repair centre and not with the shop. their is no direct link between stores and shop. no contact nrs to follow up.
we just told to wait for the courier to the shop. If it was a software issue ,i should have my phone back by now.
