my phone has went for warranty and its has been 3 weeks now without any feedback. the phone is still brand new. its was just 2 week since i reported to jet eersteriver and was told to come back. apparently it was reported to the regional manager by the the store manager who took my contact nr. up until today nothing.
i am still waiting for them to correct an error from billing department meanwhile the account is going for long period. i have phoned head office and they said cape town must fix. i have contacted cpt who in return said they will ask the lady who processed the claim to resubmit with correct dates. At the moment no one takes responsibility and i must phone and mail up and down
bad line,always buffering even the cell phone is buffering. Whatsapp messages delayed and this is an 20/10 line. there chat lines is bad as well,waiting long for feedback. i have cancelled on the 23rd december 2024. Lusanda m assisted me and was told i must wait 30 calendar days. so now this month my debit went off, i am busy with another agent only to find out he never cancelled i need to pay for another month of buffering. now this Jezmei person decided to drop the that but we still speaking. this means now another 30min or so to start again. no wonder you cant contact them so that can treat people this way.
divan contacted me if i can share 50 of my contacts that did not receive products from them and win 1k. i shared 38 so needed 12 which i send through but since then,nothing happened. they already phoned my contacts
Waiting for almost an hour and shop wasnt that busy in that timeframe. When shop got full customers after us got their orders first. They dont even have the decency to explain why the delay. When the order came the chips was in the bag. They standing on the their phones while we wait. This happens often as they dont prepare for month end etc.
Between them, vumatel and hom connect they need to sort out my matter. I made payment on the 9th May already and was told i would receive an refund as we didnt get connected to fibre. After manier calls and mails and still nothing. I send through pop and banking confrimations. A person named carmo or something phone me Friday and said she will get back to me. I actually told her it wont happen and no call. I dont why they say calls get ret recorded which is clearly not the case.
i am still waiting for my refund since the 9th may, the manager phoned me but still nothing. the other day i phoned again and now they need more documents after the proof was sent, incompetancy at he highest level
i have spoken to an agent and was told the supervisor will call me back, all my proof and bank confirmation was sent and i have received my refund for services not rendered.
it has been 4 weeks later since last response from a manager and still i havent received my money back. all of these agents seems like they working for sub contractors as everytime i hear different stories. i really dont know why thet so called record the calls.
very bad for 2 weeks trying to connect after payment was made on the 9th. all the agents speak different and their system works according the contact nr you contact them from, dont update thei system. two weeks of up and down calling money wasted. how do you acknowldge payment but cant connect me. now i must apply for refund and wait 4/5 weeks after i did my part. just phoned other isp and they now tell me that according to the system we dont have an installation. i chose them based on reviews but i dont even know why they records call as their services is pathethic
