Empty promises

I am receiving bad customer service and promises not kept I ordered 4 thesis books and paid the deposit of 50%,i was promised to get my books on Wednesday and since Wednesday I have been to the branch and told tomorrow yesterday same story and today I had to hand over the books to my PhD supervisors before my graduation next week Tuesday but at this rate I don't see that happening

I so disappointed and irate
