SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT

What a shocking experience... I handed a Zippo in at a JJ Cale store for repairs, the Zippo has sentimental value, 4 weeks later I call to get feedback as no one has called me, I am told by the person answering the call, they have no knowledge of any Zippo, someone will call me back, 24 hours later still no call... Trusting this company with a small but sentimentality valuable item was clearly a huge mistake -- STAY AWAY PEOPLE
