Worst retail experience with customer Support
Worst customer Support I need to give one star as the system wont allow zero Contact the non existent Support twice in two weeks via email and they ignore you This company forces hideous insurance on a customer then ignores you Customer service is non existent STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Shocking after sales and support
The worst service with regards delivery they use Buffalo logistics who try deliver packages clearly showing a Western Cape address then expect the customer to sort the issue.. this happens with each order. Stay local support a local online shop Alot .. my clue for better service

Worst rude disrespectful manager and staff
If negative reviews were possible I'd give them minus 100 The manager is the most disgusting, disrespectful and rude person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff follow suit They are quick to take your money and don't deliver and hide behind small print on a quote. No one answers the phone No one calls.you back when you request a call back People rather drive to Herm**** or Somerset Get treated with respect and enjoy you shopping experience

Bradlows Bellville No Service Con artists
Wish we could give negative star Bradlows Bellville The mess and time wasted by the salesperson I went in to open an account and ordered The salesperson ignored me telling him I have moved an inputted an incorrect address. He also ignored my rejecting the insurance offer, and added it on the purchase. Called CS next day and was told sorry can't change the delivery address.. after calling a second time threatening to cancel my order, I get referred to the Branch who change the address. I get an sms saying delivery 12th October Today the 12th I call CS to confirm the delivery as I need to stay home.. they confirm.. 14h00 no delivery I contacted the salesperson he confirmed it will be delivered today.. It' now 18h30 .. I have wasted my day waiting for a confirmed delivery and it has not been delivered. BRADLOWS Bellville does not value the customer They con added items onto your invoice promise delivery, confirm the delivery on the day.. then don't deliver.. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of a customer

Shameful customer service and disrespectful staff
If I could give negative stars I would Finchoice customer support is an absolute joke a circus dillwd with unskilled people who don't assist but make excuses and tel customers to put the phone down The system somehow forgets to process a debit order and Noone assists but they are quick to claim the customer is in arrears Shameful rude and utterly disrespectful A word or warning to anyone considering them

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT
What a shocking experience... I handed a Zippo in at a JJ Cale store for repairs, the Zippo has sentimental value, 4 weeks later I call to get feedback as no one has called me, I am told by the person answering the call, they have no knowledge of any Zippo, someone will call me back, 24 hours later still no call... Trusting this company with a small but sentimentality valuable item was clearly a huge mistake -- STAY AWAY PEOPLE

Teljoy .. No support no service no respect for clients
What a pitiful, shameful company Rented a Tablet, 21 days in it died.. 4 weeks later .. after paying for 2 months .. No Tablet, no one calls to update me, I have to follow up .. get sent from pillar to post by *********** staff.. Customer service does not exist in any form from their agents right up to their manager .. utterly useless.. Technical team the same .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TELJOY ARE THEIR TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY DO NOT SUPPORT YOU AS A CLIENT THEIR PRODUCT SUPPORT AND QUALITY IS SO POOR If I could give a negative star rating this would be a negative 10
