Dissatisfied ,shortage of stock , staff unprofessional , inexperienced, poor customer service , in 14 years of service from them today was the ultimate worst experience this week. Due to holiday said they would close 13h00 left me standing outside 11h55 wiithout paint for job to be completed today, last day of holiday. Computer crashed losing my shade of paint of 14 years and now need to mix new colour and 3 x 20L for the whole house but didn't happen.

I have never received such poor and rude customer service. My order was scheduled for delivery on 22 December. When the truck arrived, the delivery was incomplete. I immediately informed the driver that items were missing and that this was unacceptable. The driver refused to assist and told me that I needed to phone the office and “sort it out myself.” I explained that I was not responsible for resolving a delivery error and that he would need to return and collect the outstanding items. He responded that it was “not his problem” and that it was mine, stating that he was “only the driver.” His attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It quickly became clear that no resolution would be reached due to his unwillingness to assist, and I walked away. If this is how Bouhandel treats its customers, then it is not a business I wish to support. I strongly suggest that staff receive proper customer service training, as this level of service is completely unacceptable.

As Bouhandel in Kleinmond is one of 2 retail shops in our area we like to support them. I bought some staff for a recovery job being done at my home. I had to pick it up myself. After waiting a long time and no service I asked a male if there's no service there. His answer was "If you're not satisfied go askbyour miney back. Ascreporting this the answer I got was: Oh this guy is always like this. This is his manner. Reporting this to the assistant manager his answer was if the client was rude this worker will be rude. He didn't even come to back to me with an explanation. After building my house last year and most of the supplues came from this shop, I find this extremely unacceptible. Is this the way clients should be treated.
