J & M Lost contract with Woolworths in 2024 in July, eversince then they have been asking my sister to take a taxi to their offices to write her name in the register only on the 07th of each month, and they promise to call her, but they never did. They ower her provident fund money. This has been happening for over a year. The security take the register to Fatima and they are not allowed to let people in to Fatima who is the HR of J & M.

*DON'T USE/WORK AT J&M CLEANING SERVICES* J&M Cleaning Services is not a good company. They exploit young people who are desperate for work like myself. They use ****ming tactics and keep on telling lies that they have made a payment and that your money will reflect in ypur bank account. You will end up working for free. They feel no shame and will just ignore your calls and messages.

*DON'T USE/WORK AT J&M CLEANING SERVICES* J&M Cleaning Services is not a good company. They exploit young people who are desperate for work like myself. They use ****ming tactics and keep on telling lies that they have made a payment and that your money will reflect in ypur bank account. You will end up working for free. They feel no shame and will just ignore your calls and messages.

Good Day As a concerned dad I am shocked & saddened by the ignorance of companies & their ruthless exploitations of our youth & unemployed people in general. This is SLAVERY I am telling you. My son Justin starting working for J&M Cleaning Services also contracted to Woolworths Group of Companies. He worked as a replenished at Woolworths Hautboy for more than a month staring in October 2017; he worked the full month of November & did not get paid. After numerous attempts to their Head Office in Cape Town & travelling monies which my son did not have he was given the run around & excuses after excuses. Eventually his then manager Wendy Moses handed in a new timesheet & handed it to Winston another manager at Head offices & he was told it would be sorted. Needless to say it still is not sorted, I then took it upon myself to try & find out what is happening. I phoned the head office & spoke to lady named Fatima & we got cut off & upon trying to contact her again I was told she is in meetings every time I called. Well this prompted me to contact the owner Sharon Fortune & was told she is on leave & I requested the email address of the second in charge which is Chris Wickham MD of J&M Cleaning. He assured me that he submitted my query to the salaries director & that was 15th December 2017 7 up do date I have not heard from them since. He is now working at Woolworths Blue Route Mall & almost another month have passed & he is still awaiting his payment for day s worked in October & the month of November & December. Wednesday 20th 2017 my son went to the Head office again & were told they will sort his pay out. This borders on slavery, my son now refuses to go back to work. How can these companies are allowed to exploit our kids & their circumstances (UNEMPLOYMENT) like this. Such UNSCRUPULOUS behaviour cannot be tolerated. How can Woolworths Group of Companies are using contractual companies like these that EXPLOIT our people. That is why we have such high crime 7 unemployment in our country. Very concerned dad. <p>J&M its a cleaning agent that require cleaners, cashiers, merchandisers etc they are cleaning woolies, Teleperfomance and many more companies, my friend worked there from the 26th of June till 28th July straight night no off days. Then on the 28th few days before they pay her they told her we will call you when we need you and your money will be in on the 31st said Tisha, and till today they are still processing her money and today is the 10 August 2017 she still waiting and her Managers are Tisha, Maven and Karen in Finace. Tisha said she must always go to the office for her money and thats what she did from the time they were to pay her, and the question is where is she going to get the money to go to the office everyday when they are not paying her. Whats upsetting the most about this they are not calling her to tell her what they are doing on their side she must buy airtime and call them, and now Tisha, Maven blocked her from whatsap and they are not answering her calls.</p> <p>On the 10th August she went to labour and they told her that they required her 3 moths bank statement and payslip. Then she went back to J&M where they told here we can not give you a payslip as you are not pemanet she cried and left then she went back and now the security said you can not come inside with out you manager afetr two hours she manged to go in and Tisha did not want to speak to her. Karen said "its our administration we have two people that have same name and last name I will looking into it" she does not tell her when and appologise, and she is still waiting no answer from J&M (Tisha, Maven and Karen)</p> <p>The way they are condacting bussiness its not proffesional ant all they take J&M as their ****a shop or their family bussness or even shop in their back yard. What I can see J&M have been getting away with this for a longtime its in their blood, and its unacceptable.</p>
